ANI’s corporate philosophy entails a commitment to continuous learning. All of our staff have access to outside training programs, training by industry specialists who are brought in-house and training that is prepared by our in-house staff.
ANI’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee establish organizational policy and direction. Several standing committees provide technical input for underwriting, engineering, claims and finance.
